Intel ISEF 2010

The International Science and Engineering Fair 2010 (Intel ISEF) is the largest 9 - 12 High School Science Fair in the world. In May 2010, the City of San Jose, California will host Intel ISEF from May 14 at the San Jose Convention Center. To host this world class event, the Host Committee is looking for 900 volunteers across a spectrum of activities throughout the event. While volunteer opportunities are available for the entire week, opportunities are also available from 4 hours, 1 day, 2 days and/or the entire week. Below are the volunteer opportunities that are available. If you find an opportunity that interests you, go to our web site and click on the volunteer section and complete the form and click submit. Upon receiving your request, we will respond to you within 2 working days.

General Volunteers

We need over 500 volunteers to help with activities such as security/crowd-control, setup assistance, office assistance, shipping and receiving, and catering. For more information about becoming a general fair volunteer, please see this link.

Interpreters

Because our visitors and participants come from all over the world, we will need over 200 volunteers for technical and conversational interpreting. For more information about becoming an interpreter at the fair, please see this link.

Judges

Judging is a critical component of the fair. We are looking for qualified professionals and educators in a wide variety of disciplines. For more information about becoming a fair judge, please see this link.
